Hello to one and all!

I have noticed the looks the tracks of the Tiger I in BattleGroup42. In my opinion (correct me if I'm wrong) the tracks looks more realistic in vanilla, than in BattleGroup42.

This is the way I see the tracks on the real Tiger I. I can not put a finger on it, but something looks off on the tracks of the early and late Tiger I in BattleGroup42. I run release candidate 4, with the latest February patch applied.

Kind regards,
Skull Kid

What do you mean it looks "wrong"? Texture? Runpath? Behavior?

I think Skull kid was referring to Tiger I tank's track texture.

Here's the track of Tiger I tank that are currently used:

And here's the same render in January 2009 news update:

Hm. I took a closer look to the texture and it seems realistic to me, though I must admit that it is always difficult to represent 3D structures on a flat surface.

Thanks Al for clearing that up! Yes, indeed I think the older texture looks better.

But of course I can imagine you get tons of different opinions in the suggestion area, so mine is just a piece of feedback 🙂

Kind regards,
Skull Kid
